Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time is not included in shipping estimates. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times are given as estimates, any delays once your parcel has been handed over to postal services are unfortunately out of our control. Please refer to your tracking number to stay updated with your order.

Taxes and Duties
Please note payment of duties, taxes, and additional fees are buyer responsibility, we unfortunately cannot control these fees.
Orders shipping within Canada will not be charged any duties, taxes, or additional fees as we are a Canada based brand.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
At this time we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 30 day warranty on all items. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover against lost items and personal incidents. After 30 days from your order being placed, any damages to your items are considered wear and tear, and not a manufacturing defect.
Damages & Issues
If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, we're so sorry! We do our best to ensure this never happens. Please email us at contact@bisesstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that damaged or incorrect items will need to be shipped back to us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you are unable to locate your parcel please email us at contact@bisesstudio.com to request a trace from our postal services. If your order is deemed lost we will replace your items or issue store credit.
Bises is not responsible for parcels scanned delivered that cannot be located. If you can't locate your order we recommend contacting your local postal services and filing a stolen parcel claim.
Unclaimed and returned-to-sender parcels will be issued store credit excluding initial and return shipping fees, and may be subject to a restocking fee.
We are unable to refund orders for error in address provided. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please email us at contact@bisesstudio.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
What currency are your products listed in?
Our store currency is CAD. Your order will be converted to your country currency at checkout.
